Brandon is a developer, entrepreneur, public speaker, philanthropist, and a change agent who at the age of 23 left his job as a banker to follow his passion. He then went on to launch Rule Enterprises, an investment firm which uses commercial real estate as its primary tool of investment. He believes he can change the world for the better through the Development of communities and has recently founded The Caged Bird, the only black-owned bar/restaurant within the DuPont Circle neighborhood in Washington DC.
