Jaleel is an economic and workforce developer by profession, passionate about developing innovative ways to create and sustain employment opportunities for underserved communities. Jaleel is also an entrepreneur and co-owner of The Caged Bird - the only black owned bar/restaurant within the DuPont Circle neighborhood in Washington DC.
