Jennifer Taylor is Vice President, U.S. Jobs at the Consumer Technology Association™ (CTA) the U.S. trade association representing more than 2,200 consumer technology companies and which owns and produces CES® – The Global Stage for Innovation. Jennifer leads initiatives that demonstrate how the consumer tech industry is leading the way in addressing the nation’s critical skills gap, growing the number of high-skilled jobs, and investing in creating a fully-equipped, high-skilled 21st century workforce. Jennifer leads CTA’s new 21st Century Workforce member council.  This leadership forum shares effective best-practices, strategies and approaches used to educate and train individuals of all ages with skills in high demand, so Americans can actively participate in our ever-changing workforce.
Jennifer also oversees U.S. Tech Vets, in partnership with the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Monster, helping HR professionals in the tech industry identify and hire veterans and military spouses.
Jennifer has experience working in the technology field with ten years at AARP as vice president of business development where she developed and launched an easy-to-use tablet for tech-shy seniors in partnership with Intel®, and built a full product portfolio of consumer tech benefits for AARP members.  She was also the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Caring Village™, a subsidiary of Segue Technologies, where she introduced a first-of-its-kind caregiving SaaS platform and mobile app to the long-term care industry. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in communications and an MBA in marketing and management from George Mason University.
