Kelsey Harclerode is a lawyer with substantial experience in data privacy, security, and technology-related matters. Before joining APCO, she worked as a legal fellow at ZwillGen PLLC, where she counseled technology companies in civil litigation and regulatory compliance. In addition to representing companies in privacy class actions, she helped her clients integrate privacy-by-design concepts in emerging technologies and respond to law enforcement requests for user data. Prior to joining ZwillGen, Ms. Harclerode worked at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Center for Governmental Responsibility.
