Kevin R. Curtis is a Distinguished IoT Architect with Verizon Smart Communities (VSC) within Verizon’s Global Products Group (GPS). He is responsible for developing outcome based IoT solutions that digitally transform cities, communities and business processes to enhance livability, situational awareness and operational efficiencies.

Kevin is predominantly focused on Verizon’s portfolio of IoT solutions such as Intelligent Lighting, Intelligent Video, Intelligent Traffic Management, Digital Kiosks, Verizon Share, Smart Monitoring and Connected Edge as well as Verizon’s Horizontal IoT solutions such as the ThingSpace IoT PaaS, IoT Analytics, CAT-M, Small Cell, 5G, SD-WAN, IoT Sensor Data Predictive Analytics and Managed IoT Monitoring Services.

Kevin holds a MicroMasters Degree in IoT from MIT, a Master of Science Degree in Management (MSM) with Concentration in Technology Management and Finance from Hult and a Bachelor’s (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Minor in Electronics from Northeastern University.
