Philippe Lanier has been a full time employee at EastBanc since 2007. He is responsible for overseeing all financial analysis and due diligence, as well as deal structuring. He additionally oversees Asset Management of EastBanc’s portfolio. He is an active participant in company investment decisions in both Washington and Lisbon.

Philippe spent seven years as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Securities. He also served as an Acquisitions Manager at the European Office of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Philippe grew up in Washington DC and has done intermittent work with EastBanc since 1998. He speaks fluent English, German and Portuguese.
