Mr. Bryant’s practice is concentrated on the representation of investors and start-up companies and also involves general business counseling, venture capital financings, renewable energy and project finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. His broad corporate practice also includes regularly counseling clients on technology licensing, commercial agreements, employment and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Foley, he was an associate in the Venture Capital and Corporate Finance & Securities Practices at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
